By engaging our services, submitting an inquiry, signing a proposal, making payment, or communicating with our company, you agree to these Terms.

During the business transition period, references to SeanG Productions LLC and Hylton Media Group LLC refer to the same operating business entity.

Hylton Media Group LLC provides professional media and production services including but not limited to:

  • Corporate and brand video production
  • Commercial production
  • Event coverage
  • Interviews and testimonial videos
  • Photography services
  • Editing and post production
  • Creative consulting and media strategy

Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual proposals or agreements.

3. Project Scope and Revisions

  • Work is limited to the scope outlined in the approved proposal.
  • Additional work or changes outside scope may incur additional fees.
  • Revision limits are defined per project agreement.
  • Extra revisions may be billed at the company’s standard hourly rate.

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposits may be required to reserve production dates.
  • Remaining balances must be paid according to invoice terms.
  • Deliverables may be withheld until payment is received in full.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

Hylton Media Group LLC reserves the right to charge late fees where permitted by law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Rescheduling is subject to crew and calendar availability.
  • Costs already incurred, including rentals, travel, or staffing, are non-refundable.
  • Late cancellations may incur additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property Rights (Strong Protection)

Unless explicitly transferred in writing:

  • All raw footage, project files, edits, concepts, workflows, and creative methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hylton Media Group LLC.
  • Clients receive a usage license only for the agreed purpose.
  • Clients may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or materially alter content without written permission.
  • Clients may not use delivered content or raw materials to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated media generation tools without written authorization.
  • Raw footage delivery does not transfer ownership rights.

Hylton Media Group LLC retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless restricted by contract.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information.
  • Obtain necessary permissions and releases.
  • Provide timely approvals and feedback.
  • Ensure authorized representatives approve final deliverables.

Project delays caused by client inaction may adjust timelines and delivery schedules.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hylton Media Group LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities
  • Platform or algorithm performance
  • Third-party distribution outcomes

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, illness, equipment failure, venue restrictions, or government actions.

10. Independent Contractor Status

Hylton Media Group LLC operates as an independent contractor. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
